I always buy the box version but for pc game I often buy the digital version cause in both ways game is binded on account

I usually get box versions but I have a few digital

i go for best deals so 50?50

This 50/50

I have 211 purchases in my ps4 library..granted some were free to play games I thought I would play and didnt, some are apps, others are ps+ subscription giveaways but most are actual purchases..I'm a digital kind of guy..I have maybe 10 actual disc games
It's just more covenient to go digital
Sure you could argue you can resell physical games..but the 2 dollar store credit I would get back isn't worth the gas I would use up driving down to gamestop

If you resell your games to gamestop, you're not a smart seller. Selling your games on ebay, even after ebay/paypal cuts, can typically net you more money on newer games.



Also, I don't blame Gamestop for paying so little for used games. They would be unable to do business otherwise.





I buy discs (ps4 and pc) for the small chance of resale but for some reason I like owning the disc.

EBay you have to pay for packaging, shipping and postage
Idk, I just prefer digital, I can shop for video games in my boxer shorts for all I care

Edit: plus most the time there are really good flash sales and ps+ discounts that I take full advantage of
