for my white ps4 (destiny bundle) that has a broken hdmi port, but is in mint condition otherwise?
just the console and cords, no controller.

donno what I should ask (in real life). should be a quick fix for somebody who's savvy enough.

should be able to get something for it, right?

I'd imagine not much seeing as you'd basically be beholden to whatever the buyer who could potentially fix it would be willing to pay, and I doubt someone who couldn't fix it would go for it
also prob depends on how it's broken on how fixable it even is

Take it to Game stop, they may give u about one fiddy for it

i was watching a tutorial on youtube and it looks easy as fuck, i just don't have a heat gun and don't wanna buy one for this (already replaced said ps4 anyways)

but yeah, would be easy as fk for anybody who knows what theyre doing, and a new hdmi port can be pretty cheap (depends what kinda quality the person wants)

i only removed my hdmi cable like 3 times in the 2.5 years that i had the console or whatever
the last time i pulled it out it appeared as though some pins got ripped out as well
i was always gentle with it. was just bad luck
after the initial issue and having tried a new cable n everything, i ended up just jamming the hdmi cable into the port outa sheer frustration, and mangled the port xDD

so yeah, port is fucked
but it's an easy fix for anybody who's willing and capable.
