The game's a lot better with the one tamriel update imo so you'll be happy if you restart. It's now like an elder scrolls game should be since you can anywhere without worrying about your level since everything is scaled now.

I haven't played since, is there now open world pvp like wow if you go into another races territory?

I don't really know much about pvp but I see duels take place everywhere but you don't have to duel. I haven't been to Cyrodiil yet but isn't that what it's like there? I took my lvl 30 into other alliance territories to do their quests and I'm not automatically hostile to anyone so it's not like wow which I love since I just want to do the diff quests. They're adding battlegrounds and stuff soon though. I'm excited about the next update with in game housing

Ya in cyrodiil it's any opposing race anywhere is hostile, but I might have to try the game out again, I was never really far but I had fun getting to around level 50

Yeah I have a lvl 40 and 37 currently so not all that far. I recently became addicted after not playing for a long time.
