NAT type 2 is moderate and is probably the most secure. If you wanted full you could go NAT type 1 but I emphasize that it's not secure at all.
This is a router issue. You may need to enable UPnP, put the PS4 in a DMZ, or forward some ports. But I under no circumstance suggest going to NAT type 1.
Ive tried ( not on this router ) port forwarding already and it still gave me the same issues, i've been with rogers AND bell and since i've had the ps4 ( almost 2 years now ) Been through 3 routers at my first house, 1 at another 2 with this new place and even at my parents place if i go there seems to be the same, but it's only my ps4 itself, other shit has no issues for whatever reason.
