What does blinking orange light mean when the vita plug in?

My vita won't turn on, I thought it was dead but I had plug in for 15min and it won't turn on

maybe battery is pootched?
sounds like its not charging when u plug it in hence the orange flashing light

I've had constant blinking blue and constant blinking orange
Shes fine you just need to do a hard reset

If it wasn't charging no lights would lite up

It means there is literally not enough power to turn it on. You have to wait a bit longer.

I looked it up apperently there was something wrong that It wasn't getting a good connection when the cord was plug into the vita

So what I did was I bent the metal just a little

It finally holding a charge

my battery goes fucking haywire even after a full charge it shoots down to red and i get a battery warning message then it shoots back up to green and it keeps doing this until its depleted annoying as fuck playing games but at least it holds a charge had this bitch since 2012
