lobbies are hit and miss. either everybody is doing their own thing with a tense neutrality going on or there is all out warfare downtown. have yet to find the fabled lobby where people cooperate to do fun stuff.

other than that i just use a private lobby with my friend

That's why you need a crew. Doing heists with randoms is lousy. I end up doing everything myself so noobs don't mess it up. But if you need some help with stuff, send me a friend request. Usually on in the late afternoon or night.
