I know I can Google but just wanted to ask here first my controller isn't chargeing is there a factory warranty or do I just have to buy a new one? I bought it around December

I would guess, contact them and they will most likely replace it for you as long as it's still under warranty. That's how these things normally work here in NZ.

If in the market for a new controller. Buy new one then return the broken one.
