Wanting a new RPG to invest time into, I'm already a FF fan, played VII,VIII.IX,XIII and Type-O HD. So really looking from something similar to those only wanting PS4 titles, re-makes are fine, but I only want to play through my PS4.

Think they have an HD remake for FFVII too

Realm Reborn is an mmo and it plays nothing like any of the others he listed... it's also dead, making endgame content near impossible to finish.

Just stick with the old ones if that's what you enjoy, I still play through 7/8 at least once every other year or so.

If you are into western RPG's than Witcher 3 is a good choice.
