My vote goes to old school

Id be up for something on par with re4

They already tried the urban setting over the shoulder shooter with RE6.

Keep RE2 old gameplay style. They did a good job with the gamecube remake of RE1, they should do the same for RE2.

I played the remastered Version of Resident Evil 0 and I just remembered how actually fucking nice a real Resident Evil game feels.

Resi 4 and 5 is also nice but i don't feel like a real Resi...


Would be a shame when they fuck it up because RE2 was so awesome and I still play it once all 2 years.

Overall, I don't get the new generation of gamers. I play the old games and they feel so much better then most of the new ones. all this egoshooter stuff n shit like auto-save and "try again". Where is the challenge? Games nowadays are made for people who cant play.

The only REAL GOOD game i've played on ps4 is TLOU and the rest i imo all not realy worth it.

Old school definitely with smoother running mechanics

Honestly it's a question of game preference. Do you prefer action games or true survival horror. For me it's the latter without a doubt

i actually prefer the old school fixed camera angles/ tank controls

The fixed camera angles add such a strong artistic element to the game it's unreal. Just played the remastered original and some of those scenes will give you goosebumps

The old re camera isn't as good as it was back in the day

Re1 remake camera worked fine with the series
