I've been out of the loop for Playstation games since I owned a PS1/2.

I need help finding some new games.
I prefer military type games... Better way is to say what I have now and love.

All Metal Gear games.
The Last of Us
Final Fantasy X / X2

I can't play in first person I just suck horribly at them so I prefer 3rd person type of games.
I see some others on Amazon that look good on cover but most don't say if they are 1st or 3rd person play style.
So what I need is some suggestions on games within the themes.

I do have Tomb Raider (haven't started yet) but I want to add to my collection.
Reason for this I'll be going for back surgery and I won't be able to play WoW or D3 (let alone any PC sitting in a desk chair).

I'm looking at Uncharted 2 and 3 but don't know if they are in 3rd person so info on them if they are good and if they are in 3rd person would be helpful as well.

Uncharted is third person.

Ah cool I never even saw that one before.
Added it to my list.

On the Uncharted games I heard the first one isn't that good but 2 and 3 I heard are really good.
If that's the case would I need 1 to under stand the other 2?

1 is good and not necessary but it is a bit dated. I personally love the franchise and play them all.

Uncharted 1 is fun and makes you appreciate the other two imo

Imo uncharted 1 was the best one though
I loves the atmosphere in the jungle

Definitely get the trilogy, one of the best games ever imo
Also if u like action, gods and mythology.. Get god of war
