Characters move so slow Also, it's all about keeping on the move, zero tactics. You're fine as long as you keep running. That's at least for the "endgame".

friendly fire kind of ruin the fun, i either kept accidentely shooting my allies, or kept getting killed by them

This if you play with random. And with local friends it's far too easy. Just keep running until you're bored and out of missions.
