Do I need to start over? Felt like I got pretty far but I'm level 26 now.

Didn't realize how the skills work? It doesn't matter. Just starting putting points where you want.

Yeah bro I totally whiffed, partially colorblind too so didn't really notice the skills becoming available as I put into SPECIAL

i did the same thing and didnt realize how the perks worked for like a week (also exp from int), just roll with it and utilize what you can for now
looks like a pretty solid set-up other then no perks ofc, once you get the main quests rolling exp is no problem though

This. Those base stats have some pretty good benfits so all I not lost.

You really want to start adding to the specials (obviously) Personally I dont like your set-up (i PERSONALLY like a more balanced load-out, plus there are other skills to increase carrying, plus being able to make "pocketed" and "deep-pocketed" armor add to capacity) but in no way is all lost. Work up the special perks and you'll be fine

I ended up starting over. I literally had no perks at level 24 and barely starting getting them. New char is level 6 with lock picking already so I'll be grabbing more stuff that I missed before
