Does anyone think they can help me? Last night my ps4 got unplugged while i was playing , now it's corrupt and I can't get it to work when I turn it on it says I need to download update 3.11 on a USB but I can't figure out how. Can anyone help me? I already tried everything I could find on YouTube

does ps4 have a removable hard drive? try taking it out if thats possible

if not try soaking it in a bowl of water and rice, just make sure u wrap it with dry bounty rolls first
