Account Management on your PS4," and i have a Code.

Could you tell me where this code can i change? i searched all and i find anything. the best screen plz

and prob only has the site in english cand cant figure out how to do it

You need to change the about me on your ps account through the settings on your ps4/ps3, after doing this it will grant you access to use psnprofiles. Just sign in to the PlayStation network on your console and then go to your profile and change the about me to the code you were given.
