for you hipsters that might enjoy an obscure but complex, thought-provoking philosophical puzzle game--you should play this.

if you don't like being challenged by smart puzzles then you obviously won't enjoy it. But that's only half of what makes the game good, the other half is the narrative and themes about the philosophy of mind, consciousness, the self, knowledge and reality, etc etc. So if philosophy bores you then you won't enjoy it either.

Looks extremely boring to me

that's great and all, your opinion. But the puzzles in Portal are child's play compared to this game.
Both have good stories. Portal has more humor and charm in the characters and writing, but this game is much, much more thematically complex, requires intelligence from the player to understand, and still does have a little humor here and there.
Portal is amusing and The Talos Principle makes you think; both are good to me.

I love puzzler games.
If u have a ps3 get bread or brad ( or breat idk )
Its really fun to play.

Braid? Yeah that game is good too. I'm looking forward to the dev's new game "The Witness" when it comes out next year.

Exactly, braid. I dont remember it too well since its been a few years but i remember i really enjoyed the game.
