Maybe its time I got one. Power has gone out 3 times in the last hour. Power went out and so did the ps4. Power came back on immediately. Ps4 rebooted and ran a system check. Resumed playing. Bam again. Ps4 reboot. Bam again. Now all power is totally out.

Yeah you might wanna be careful
There have been several reports with people having corrupted files when shit like that happens
This is with ps3 though
I could only imagine it can happen with ps4 aswell

Who doesn't use surge protectors in this day and age. Last time I didn't use one was for Sega genesis.

I don't. I live in a major city. The power goes out once every 6 months, if that.
