Idk... I backed $60. You get a physical copy of the game for giving $60, which is what it'd cost anyhow... Don't see how giving the creators my money vs eb is a bad idea
until they tell you that they need even more money to make it even better, even though they met their asking goals, and give you an unfinished product
Then they can say that you got what you got because you didn't give them more money
I understand the other projects on kickstarter because they have a set design with set amount of pieces/tools to make it
So if they promised you the product then you get that product
Here, you have no idea what exactly you're going to get since it's a software in progress. an unfinished product
They can literally hand you a disc that is storytelling with multiple choices and say "Well we didn't get the funds we needed to turn it into the game we wanted"
And get away with it
If Sony somehow does fund it and the game gets fully made then sure cool you got off lucky but that would mean that you didn't even have to risk the $60 in the first place and could've waited for the game to release to spend the $60
It's like me telling you, "Hey I need X amount for this thing named "A" but I don't have a finished product or an idea of the finished product to show you"
Then I come back and give you a cardboard box and say ", Well I didn't get enough funds so this was as far as I could get with the money I had"
Then you can't get your money back because
you donated for an idea and not an actual productThis post was edited by itzpookiie on Oct 21 2015 05:17am
