Hello, my friend just bought GTA 5 and updated he's PlayStation... BUT now there isnt enough space on the PlayStation for the game.. Can he use a external harddisk for the game installations?

Nope. Time to delete something he doesn't play anymore or upgrade the hard drive

This. Keep in mind you are able to delete the files for games but retain your saves.
