do i need to have ps plus in order to play?

I have a r2 ps4 and can only buy ps plus US Card, can i use it?

if your PSN account is a US account then yes a ps plus card from the US will work

U can buy playstation plus with your playstation. You dont need a pysical card. All u need is paypal.


If you want to do with a physical card then that card must be from the same region like your ps account


And yes you need ps+ to play elderscrolls online

I'll check my account region when i got back home but im nearly sure its a Kuwaiti account cause i live here and remember setting it up like that with my address and such.

you might be able to check through sony's site by logging in on the sony entertainment network site and go to account then account details
