Modern day man on the moon? This game has 100x more nostalgia than actual value as a game. Yes it was a good game but not nearly as good as it is made out to be. THe gameplay was already solid. They are basically updating graphics remaking cur scenes and selling you the same game again. What is all the hype about? Play the same game you played forever over a decade ago with all new fancy cut scenes that arent even new! marvel at the updated graphics even though graphics have nothing to do with why you loved the game! This is why they vomit out another call of duty every year. You guys keep buying shit they keep re using.

Oh it's the cut scenes are just new? Hope they add some content.
I truly loved the graphics back then, so it must have been real... it really was magic, almost everything just resonated with my (autism spectrum). Very rarely more modern games resonate even close to that level way with me, Many are well done but just something have boring, generic and uninteresting flare. FFVII and IX are the ones for me, lmk better RPGs because I haven't played them yet
I don't care about fps and Final Fantasy games haven't been as good after FFX so fuck yeah this and I hope they are mixing things up a bit

If this a succes, industry might learn something from the roots...

Im pretty sure they are updating in game graphics too but whats the point? It like how they make a new cod every year. Same ole shit with some graphics updates and small gameplay changes that mean nothing. Why are you going to pay for FF7 all over again? To encourage them to do more remakes for you to buy instead of them having to actually make a new game? Fuck being creative gaming industry just keep remaking shit with nostalgia factor for people to waste money on!!!!!!!!!!!

Final fantasy 7 is probably the most loved rpg of all time. You're not going to win this conversation. People WANT this game. It's not wasting money if you are thoroughly enjoying what you're doing.

With your cod comparison. Even though I stopped playing at mw3, the developers honestly did what they were supposed to. They added new things to each game. It's a fps, they can't change that and there's no point in doing anythjng too drastic because that would stray away from it being cod. However, it seems like what people want with cod now is for another ww2 game.

My point is this remake embodies everything gamers have been bitching about for years. They piss and moan about new cod. They piss and moan about nothing being creative nothing pushing gaming forward. Then they announce a remake of a game you have probably already put 1k hours into and you fuckers are ready to throw money at your screen before gameplay footage is even out. You guys keep doing this shit and gaming will never move forward.

Games are moving forward, you're just not looking at the right ones.

If you're unhappy with the games today, go join a developing team and create what you want.
