my ps4 has the harddrive space 500gb and i could upgrade it to 2tb for 79€.

The question is, is it worth?

I Upgraded my PS 3 to 1TB and this was really worth it cause u can get games now really cheap from psn store (full ps3 games) since the ps4 came out. And i also Play the classic psone and ps2 games + i don't want to erase the games

My Problem is, i think i won't be downloading games that much on my ps4 cause most (full ps4)games are most of the time more expensive than a copy on cd.

And i'm not playing those networt games at all.


What do u guys think?

yea the Price is cheap never the less, the question is, would i Need that added space to my ps4 or is it just waisted Money?

because atm i don't think that there will be a lot of cheap games worth to by on the store for the ps4

It's worth it. I already had to delete some games to get space for more games

If you dont think its worth it for you then wait till it gets worth the purchase ^^

I dont mind deleteing ganes tho i habe good internet i can re-download realy fast.. Otherwise i'd get a new hdd

But he doesn't play psn games he said. There haven't been good deals on digital disk games really.

thats the Point... also i have terrible Internet where i live right now (2mbit = 200kb download)

i guess its not worth it atm for me and hell, when there is some time it will be then the Price for the harddrive should be even lower. it's not like the Price for harddrives will rise

500gb is big enough for everybody. And while Sony learns to optimize play station's powers better, it'll be even bigger. This is why I love PS4 over PC anyday.

500 is quite smal lwhen games are 30-60 gigs for the ps4
if you have ps+ id look into if not id say stay away if you dont plan on buying ltos of digital games
the free ps+ games take up decent space though then dlc ect ect

does it have to be a laptop harddrive for the ps4 like ps3? make sure its the right kind of hd

500gb is maybe enough for any casual but never will be enough for everybody....



i do know for sure that it will fit in the ps4 but cant tell you which one it is right now cuase i am at work.

but as you said i dont Play those free 2 Play games u get for PS+ cause most of them are indie or bad games which i'm not really interested to.

but thx to all your Posts i am now sure that i won't upgrade it any time soon
