its stuck at 45% and has been for like 10 minutes

what do i do?

I havent turned this thing on in 2+ years

Still the same status?

it got to 47% and then the screen went black so i had to turn it off and now its at 45 again

i just wanna fucking play a game

15 mins later still at 45....
maybe my ps3 is done for?

edit: also i have my controller plugged in to charge it and its constantly flashing on the #1

and now it shut off again and its restarting the restore back to 45% WHAT THE FUCK

Why are you even running a restore..did you swap hard drives?

no, i literally pulled my ps3 out from under my bed, bought a new power cord, turned it on, and my ONLY option is "your system will do a file restore"

i cant do ANYTHING else, no main menu, no nothing, just this stupid shit where it stays at 45%, moves to 46 after like 10 minutes, 10 minutes later it goes to 47 and then black screens and then shuts off, and repeats the process

ive been doing this since 11:45 and im getting pissed

if you cant get it worknig your hd might be pootched
or you might have to reformat the hd it seems corrupt at 47%
