does brasso work on scratched disc?

i told someone i know to use brasso on a readable disc

I heard putting your disk in a oven works like a charm

what if they dont have an oven?

will a microwave do?

Only if set on high for about 10
Minutes. Toaster also has same effect.

i thought it was some kind of hot sauce, tll i googled it

it's a metal polisher

from other forums they say it works

what it does to cd's it removes the top layer off

she said brasso didnt work

tooth paste didnt work either

sticking in the microwave didnt work
now her microwave is fucked up
it almost burned down her house
