On ps3 I got the apartment on the hill and was jwing if I could sell it and how to do that and how much would I get

Not sure how to do this now that we can own multiple houses/garages at once.

Maybe if look at the list of apartments you can buy, and try to find the one you already own, you can sell it back?

Also, pretty sure you need another garage or apartment that can hold all of your current cars.

And for the price, it used to be half the price, idk about now
