Ive been looking for the new vehicles, i use ps3 not ps4, i keep seeing you can buy them all on ps4, but ps3 only has 2? can you buy the others? or is that just for ps4 users?

This.

Some vehicules are unlocked once you do the setups that contain it, and some other vehicules are only unlocked once you do the big heist
