Ok so a few questions im haveing trouble finding clear answers to.

1) What is rthe requirement to unlock more skill points, im at like 88 out of 100 now, how do i get the rest

2) While i get enough skill points to max everything out or no?

3) Can i reset my skill points to change around the way my player feels, or start again from the bottom w/o loosing the v/c i already spent
