Theres no mercs...

There are legendary potions and rift kets, apart from that all thise stat items you can equip to a follower which you get mid way through act 1.

Im in nm and got no merc

There is no nightmare anymore ..
You get that gist fallower before you beat the skelton king ( the templar ) then in a2 u get the enchancer woman etc..
