Do people mod the game for gear, dupes etc?

They mod on ps3 abd port the chars to ps4
Blizzard should not allow to port ps3 to ps4 imo..

I joined a pub game, this guys dropped a sword i was like ooooo. Freking 490mil xp per monster kill.

Literarly killed 1 guy went from 1-70 and gained 40ish para levels. Did 1 rift got like 800 paragon levels

Like i said there is hacked gear ..
It's from the ps3 version since you cant mod on the ps4

that kinda explains why 6 maxed char trophy is as rare as full legendary
