Just got it today as buncha my friends play it. Id ask them but nobody on atm, none of my precision kills show up. I don't know why this is and I can't finish this bounty because of it. Advice or solution if I am missing something?

precision kills are when you finish off an enemy with yellow damage numbers, for most enemies this is a headshot (for goblins its the white part on their belly)

I get this all the time and my precision kills at the end of a mission is always 0
