Ok so I bought a ps4 over break and the internet I currently had sucked (I couldn't play on my ps4 with it) so I switched to a high end ISP. Now my ps4 has no problem using the Internet etc but when it comes to signing in to PSN or using the playstation store an error keeps popping up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you very much. I will also post the error in just a second!

I had a problem logging into the PS store from my PS vita earlier while simultaneously on my ps4..I was signed into psn on both systems..I ran an internet connection test on my vita and everything appeared fine. I restarted my handheld and tried again and it worked..so maybe try restarting your system?

General psn connection error. Could be high volume. Could be a number of things. If you google the error there are several fixes that may work for you.

But to answer your question no problems here. I've been on almost all day

Thanks man and yea I have no idea. I changed my ports and everything that the Psn tech told me to do. Think I'm just going to give up for the night. Ps4 started bugging out lmao..

NW-31194-8: Connection was reset. Restart the PS4 system.

I found this fix on YouTube of all places, you go into your network settings and go to "Setup Internet Connection" do a custom setup and set all the settings to whatever you usual do, but for MTU change it from 1500 to 1470. It worked for me, I hope it helps you and I hope this hasn't been posted before.
