I got a the PS4 that comes with a selection of 1 of 4 games to download. The instructions tell me to go to redeem.us.playstation.com. The problem is that this url either fails to load or it says that it is down for maintenance. Anyone else having this problem or know a way around it?

Give it a bit. Servers were attacked over the holidays and they are still recovering.
