changed password for my psn acct last night seemed to be working fine

now im at my bro's house and if i do the auto connect it wont work with a shit if i do manual and set dns to googles and use 1473 for mtu works fine and hes getting great speed

problem: we are trying to update gta v and the fucking download keeps dropping then restarting and shit

things ive tried:
set up a dmz port on the router
tried both auto and manual connect on ps4
reset modem and ps4


I have no idea wtf is going on works fine at my house and says my bro is connected browser works hes getting like 9+ megs down on ps4 yet the updates keep fucking freezing same thing with destiny
