then how come they're online O_o their 4 door down and they signed in last night and around 11pm and signed in about 20 mins ago :(

The DDoS (apparently) stopped last night. The servers are still feeling the heat though. You can get on if you're lucky. The servers are posted as offline since the majority of people are having a hard time getting on.
