I wouldn't wait for Elder Scrolls. I don't think it's coming.
Between the other two my decision would depend on if you have friends to play with or not.

infamous and shadow of mordor are good choices
also the last of us if u never palyed it on ps3

not the longest games but they are fun ...dragon age prob your best bet if your looking for something to last a bit
