Both systems are fairly equal. Depends if you would go for the PS UI or Xbox UI and/or set up. The only thing you would need PS+ for is most games to access online. I'm assuming you'd need Live Gold to access most things.

I'd say PS4 only because Microsoft is a fairly shit company in itself and with all the backpeddling they did around the release of the XB1.

I don't know many exclusives either system has right now. I know there isn't a whole lot of games worth on either system currently. That's why i'm wanting a Wii U right now.
