So i just upgraded my phone yesterday to the Xperia Z3 but am clueless as to how you do remote play. I have the app on my phone but do I have to do something on the ps4 to make it work. Also do I need to be the primary user on my ps4 because I am not.

i dont think u can play ps4 games on the ps4 like you can with the vita

yes yu can i didnt realize i had to enter a code but now it keeps saying internet too slow

Ps4 basically needs to be wired and have a decent connection. And wifi needs to be strong.

my wifi is strong as hell my ps4 d/ls at like 5mbps and i stream with it at best quality

This is my speed on wifi. PS4 is on wifi and I still can't remote play.
