I've only played Dragon's Crown from your list. It's a side scrolling RPG/Beat 'em up. I enjoyed it.

Ys: Memories of Celceta is a game I've played that you may enjoy (looking at your list). Possibly the best game I've played on the Vita.

Conception 2 is neat
Demon Gaze I've haven't played much of yet, it's ok though, but beware there is grinding needed
Soul Sacrifice, pretty good game, I've played it quite a bit (especially Soul Sacrifice Delta, which is an improved version of the game)
Ragnarok Odyssey is pretty fun, although I'd recommend getting Ragnarok Odyssey Ace since it's the improved version
Toukiden I'd say wait for us to get the improved version, it was fun, but it starts to get a bit dull/tedious later on
Dragon's Crown is interesting
Danganronpa, I haven't played it, but my friend absolutely praises the shit out of this game
