I've been reading the Trade Rules & Forum Policies apply, and I didn't see why it is forbidden to trade the Fifa Ultimate Team content, like cards.
Could some one help me understanding?

Then that's why. You can never buy anything that you can buy with irl money with fg unless in the donor forum. Why? Because you donating to get access to the donor form is source of revenue for the site (njag).
