hes possible on 1st char

id suggest trying when you have around 200 hp and a flight rune

general idea is stand in bottom right corner and make jump cuts whenever hes switching attacks, his spiral attack will hopefully go clockwise and will end near the leftside platform. if it goes in a direction where you have to go over him you can still avoid it with flight rune

the chests behind walls usually require dwarfism trait so your character can enter hidden wall

nope, 15 must be done on 1st playthrough

just about everything carries over to ng+
