I would be playing diablo 3 for the most part but I wanted to know which option would be better since I heard there weren't many good games on the ps4 yet.

Id go with ps4.

Ofc ps4 doesnt have many games yet, but give it a year, the console just came out.

Ps4 is supperior so if you dont have a ps3, i would just skip to the next gen.

What else are you buying a console for? What types of games, applications, etc?

Just games.. apart from D3, probably some family-style games with my wife..

ps4 version of d3 gets an exclusive tlou dungeon

same here since PC is guaranteed to have continued support whereas they still aren't sure if they'll continue to support it for consoles after launch
