It's definitely one of the best AC games yet. It has quite a bit of replay value because there is a ton of side shit, I'm about half way through the game at the moment. It is a game that is still worth the $60 price tag so for $20 I'd say its a no brainer.

Yep worth it. You can use your ship anytime you want (unless you are in mission, but half of the mission you will need your ship anyway).

You wont regret it

Much more ship encounters, more ship customization and more missions using the ship. One of the better AC games

i love ac3 but hated ships and sailing
so ac4 is meh to me

ac4 was kinda meh unless big fan of strategy...they changed too much and OB was too OP

ac5 and its expansion games balanced out most of OB spam and made the assembly more user friendly by adding select button for more info

all in all ac continues to amaze

Personally, I enjoyed AC4 quite alot and couldn't be more stoked about Unity. Don't forget to target those legendary ships, they'll give you one hell of a challenge!
