there a shard near the building with the electrical fence i can seem to find

do i need to countinue on the mission to find a way to disable the electrical fence?

i didnt even start the main mission yet on the second part of the map

SPOILER ALERT

as far as I remember there is at least one shard that you can only reach after deactivating the electrical fence.

If there is ever anything you cannot reach for whatever reason in the game, continue the storyline and you will be able to free roam it afterwards. Nothing collectible related is missable because it is an open world game

I don't know how long and how many times I got close to getting it until I decided to Google it and find out I had to progress in order to get it
I was pissed

It's ok I didn't know until my second playthrough that hard mode was preventing me from seeing enemies on the minimap lol

I didn't know till my second playthrough that your alignment changes the colour on the light bar.

That I noticed on accident when I was changing the position my body was in while playing and I flipped the controller towards me and it wasn't a color I was expecting lol

For me I thought the controller was dieing so I plugged it in. I only put it together after it charged and the colour didn't change.
