I just remember ysobad and everyone else on forums talking about how Kinect is spying on them and listening in on conversations because someone posted a video of him swearing and him getting a foul. Everyone just dodged the idea that it wasn't Microsoft that implemented it saying that it doesn't happen on the PlayStation 4.
