trades in gta and got $30....1 and 1/2 weeks ago it was worth $24 trade in, but went down..

just lettin anyone know in case they plan on trading games. I was going to trade in my 160 gb ps3, but it was only worth $50 and no 100% bonus..like wtf, bought it brand new for $300 2 years ago.

They do this every now and then and it's always been for every game system. Check the prices on bestbuy.com/tradein and you'll get double what's listed if you trade in at a store.

Just looked through some of those values. They are a complete ripoff. I know bestbuy has to make a profit but in some cases they are making 300%-500% profit and beyond. Even with the doubling of value. No thanks

The newer games are well worth it imo. At least a lot of them. I got $40 for shadow fall. I only paid $60 with no tax so I feel I made out big time in terms of money loss.

Hmmmm I've been thinking of getting the ps4. I should sell my Xbox games. They do it for console trading in too?

I don't think this bonus applies to consoles. It didn't last time. But they were doing a promotion not long ago that was $100 minimum tradein value for the 360/PS3. Maybe they're still doing it?

They are only pricing it at 300%. That doesn't mean that they're selling every single copy. The 300% mark up if anything make up for the sales that they don't make on the pre owned games. maybe once in a while they might make some big profit off of a lot of used popular games but that's if they have them in stock but most of the time they are probably profiting just a little
