ps4 bundled with mgs5

Konami has also confirmed that the upcoming prologue to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will run at 1080p on PS4, and 720p on Xbox One.

I'm not sure
I dont think the PS3's were region locked were they?
I remember a bunch of people ordering the White PS3's from japan
