Runes aren't all that uncommon but more importantly you need to balance your combat arts with your skills.
Every rune you use to raise a combat art increases the regeneration time.
Every point you put in the related focus skill lowers it.
So, if you buy mass runes from JSP and power level your combat arts then you will make them unusable.

I said im buying all runes for every class so if any one has and wants fg hit me up
