well this kinda blows

my bro can play all my games i dl on his psn but if he dl a game i cant play it on my psn account

always use the primary to download games.

If this is on ps3 he might not have an open activation slot. Check on the SEN website how many ps3 devices are already active. You're limited to 2 active ps3s but there are ways around that.

well seeing as the topic title says ps4 i'm pretty sure he isn't talking about ps3

I forgot all about Doom getting a PS4 last week. I'll read the entire title next time! Just like I told Jeremy to do - Make your console the primary console on his account and make his console the primary for your account. This way you'll both be able to play the games from eachothers' accounts on your own. PM me if you need more help. I've been sharing games since launch day and helped Jeremy do the same.
