Get the remote play ap on your vita. Go to settings on your ps4 go to accessory settings and click in vita stuff while running remote play on your vita. They should sync then you just access ps4 from your vita. I'm not 100% sure on everything since I just arrived at work and won't be home till after 230 est when I get off
