onlything i hope with the lack of rpgs due to all these mmorpgs
is that thers actually 1 or 2 thats free to play ... or else this gen seems to be lacking good rpg games aswell
i feel the ps3 didnt even come clsoe to matching the ps2 for rpg games and next gen seems to be al labout mmorpg.... which usualyl cost $$ to play

every1 was tired of jrpg's after ps2 era we want shooters now and that genre is getting stale

from what i read both EQ and palnetside are free to play
assuming the new sony will be too
...looking decent...elder scrolls online is going to prob flop with free to play mmorpgs ..hopefully that switches to f2p

It's already there. Unfortunately every time a metro or similar game comes out to further the genre it gets lambasted by the cod community.

right now im arguing with my irl freind about cod
hes telling me that it feels like the last of us and tlou was only average
his argument is "its better then bf4 sp"
like i said...when you have to resort to "its better then bf sp" you know its shit becaue bf doesnt give a fuck about its sp they make a multiplayer game lol

so many times ive heard ghosts is the best cod sp... it feels like every other cod except now you have an over powered dog that seems invincible if your not a retard

i don't know what to say about a lack seeing as like at least 90% of my PS3 library is an rpg of some kind xD

i got rpg games n my stakc of games too... doesnt mean there good there just the ones i liked the most out of the lackluster selection

depends on where you look i guess
i do admit though majority of them are niche games, that probably average gamers have never seen or heard of xD
specially cause them niche ones are also rare
