Trying to go in to the playstation store on my ps3 but I cant do anything.
The store loads and I cant go through any options or anything im stuck on the first screen, my controller is controller 1, I unplugged / plugged it in to the playstation, and the playstation does not freeze as I am able to switch controller ports turn off the controller / console etc.

Any ideas why this is happening or how I can fix it.

Im sure its just a bug with the store, but i suggest you contact sony just in case

how long did you wait for it to try and load? cause it can load slowly at times

It fully loads I believe, I cant control anything in there though

maybe they were updating the stores content so it wouldnt let you load anytihng past the first page
have you tried again since then?

how long have you had this problem?

if its just happend try wait a day and if that dont work contact sony

Do you have an unofficial controller?
